We at Prakas & Co. have been the leading source of franchise tenant representation in the South FL market. Our efforts in 2012 jump started the BurgerFI chain from their first location in Fort Lauderdale by the sea, to their first 20+ locations. Simultaneously connecting BurgerFi brass with their original franchisees who are still going strong with the company to this day. Along with jump starting BurgerFI, Prakas & Co was responsible for taking the Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza franchise from it’s original 2 stores to their first 15 South Florida Locations.

This sector of our firm has been a huge part of our growth and success since day one.
