The Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach, located on the site of the former Howard Johnson hotel, will break ground on Friday. The ceremony will start at noon with Mayor Jack Seiler greeting developers Art Falcone, Nitin Motwani and Daniel Kodsi at 701 North Atlantic Blvd.
