Proud to announce our client, LM Restaurants, has been awarded the bid for negotiating a long-term developer agreement revitalizing the former Dania Beach Grill.
The plans are to redevelop the closed restaurant & bar into their already successful LuckyFish 🐟 concept at the Pompano Pier Fishing Village.
We cannot wait to see the finished product as LM Restaurants are some of the best operators in the entire country.
