Think Boca Raton has everything a bon vivant could desire? Crocker Partners doesn’t think so.
Deeming that Town Center Drive just across the canal from Town Center Mall in the upscale retiree town didn’t have food worthy of the local traffic, Crocker has introduced its plan for Restaurant Row, a 22,500-sq.-ft. restaurant-only development outside The Plaza office building the company re-acquired in 2014.
Four distinct concepts are envisioned for Restaurant Row: an American gastropub, authentic Italian, modern Mexican, and sushi.
“Restaurant Row will be the highest profile site in Boca Raton, especially given its proximity to 95 and the mall,” said Tom Prakas, who is marketing the site.
Crocker reported that, each year, more than 14 million people visit Town Center, a Simon property that houses the likes of Gucci, Crate & Barrel, Nordstrom, Coach, and Brooks Brothers.
