Susser Expanding Burger Bar concept

Chef Allen Susser, who in April closed his Aventura namesake restaurant after 25 years, has joined forces with real estate broker Tom Prakas and Palm Beach developers George Heaton’and Lee Heaton to take his Burger Bar concept to the next level. Susser has a Burger Bar in Terminal 4 at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and plans to open more throughout South Florida and nationwide.
