As a Boca Raton resident since 1977, using his knowledge of the South Florida area and his diverse background in the restaurant industry, Randy joined The Prakas Group in 2006. Working with such clients as Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Sonny’s BBQ, Starbucks and Firehouse Subs. Randy quickly established himself as a specialist in representing some of the top independent and franchise restaurateurs in the South Florida market.

Growing up in Stamford, Connecticut, the foundation for his future started at an early age working in his family’s Italian American style delicatessen while attending culinary arts, food service management and construction apprenticeship programs at J.M. Wright Tech High School.

After graduating from high school and moving to Boca Raton, Florida, Randy used his hands on experience and educational background in his first venture as an entrepreneur, opening and successfully operating Wizard’s Ice, one of the first ice cream and yogurt shops in the Boca Raton area.

Randy joined Carvel Ice Cream Corporation in 1983, where for 13 years he worked in all areas of development for Franchise and Corporate Operations, Marketing, Sales and Leasing divisions for Florida and Puerto Rico. After leaving Carvel Corporation, Randy returned to his roots as an entrepreneur with a partnership in 2 Carvel stores in Palm Beach County.

From an entrepreneur, to franchise operations and sales management and now as a licensed Real Estate Associate specializing in Restaurant Representation and Sales, Randy continues to use his wide range of skills and diverse background in building relationships and exceeding our clients expectations.
