Christian Prakas is a young professional in the Commercial Real Estate industry, as well as, an entrepreneur. At the very young age of 23, he has helped shape the face of Atlantic Avenue as it stands today being involved in many high profile restaurants, nightclubs, and commercial property deals on Atlantic Ave. He has grown up in Delray and knows the city/ downtown better than most. Most recently he has been the broker or co-broker for deals such as Il Bacio, The Office, Vic & Angellos, Jonnie Browns, Cugini Grille, big Al’s Cheesesteaks, GOL Taste of Brazil, Ice Blue Lounge, (former) Aspen Jacks, (former) Joe’s Pub, (former) Shore, and has had involvement in many other deals on the Ave. In the past year as the commercial real estate market has started to decline, he has headed up a Restaurant/ Nightclub division for a large commercial cleaning company and now is helping keep the Avenue clean by providing specialized cleaning services for the growing crowds we have seen on the Ave in recent years. With so many achievements at such a young age, Christian is defiantly one to watch in Delray.
